Doodh Ka Hisaab Kyun Zaroori Hai
India ke har doodhwale ke paas ek baat common hoti hai — roz ka hisaab. Chahe aap 20 ghar mein doodh dete ho ya 200, jab tak aapka hisaab saaf nahi hai, tab tak aapka dhandha bhi saaf nahi hai. Kai doodhwalon ka sawal hota hai — "Bhaiya, sab yaad to hai, phir likhne ki zaroorat kya hai?" Answer simple hai: yaadash dhokha de sakti hai, kaagaz nahi.
Ek typical doodhwala jo 50 ghar mein roz doodh deta hai, unke paas roz 50 entries hoti hain. Mahine ke end mein woh 1,500 entries ban jaati hain. Koi bhi insaan itna yaad nahi rakh sakta. Jab customer kehta hai "maine to sirf 45 litre liya tha", tab agar aapka record clear nahi hai, toh aap ₹200-300 ka nuksaan roz uthayenge. Saal bhar mein yeh nuksaan ₹30,000-40,000 tak pahunch jaata hai.

Kya Track Karna Hai: 6 Zaroori Cheezein
Chahe aap paper par likhein ya app par, yeh 6 cheezein har doodhwale ko roz record karni chahiye:
1. Customer Ka Naam
Sirf "Sharma ji" nahi, poora naam. Ek colony mein 3-4 Sharma ji ho sakte hain. Poora naam + flat number / makaan number likho — koi confusion nahi rahegi.
2. Doodh Ka Type aur Quantity
- Gaay ka doodh kitna? Bhains ka doodh kitna?
- Morning delivery kitni, evening kitni?
- Alag customer alag type lete hain — ek hi entry mein saari details honi chahiye.
3. Rate Per Litre
Kai doodhwale yeh soch ke skip kar dete hain ki "sabko same rate hai". Lekin reality mein — purane customers ka alag rate, naye ka alag, festival season mein thoda adjustment — yeh sab khatae mein likha hona chahiye.
4. Total Daily Amount
Quantity × rate = daily amount. Agar aap app use karein, yeh automatic calculate ho jaata hai. Paper par aapko calculator use karna padega.
5. Payment Received
Aaj customer ne kitne paise diye? Cash, UPI, ya udhar? Agar udhar hai, to "pending" likhna zaroori hai. Bina payment tracking ke aap month end mein pata nahi chalega ki kisne diya, kisne nahi.
6. Holiday / Skip
Customer chhutti par ja raha hai? Kuch din doodh nahi lega? Yeh bhi record karna zaroori hai. Warna customer kahega "maine to band kiya tha, phir bhi bill mein kyun hai?"

Doodhwalon ke paas aaj teen options hain:
Option 1: Purani Khata-Bahi (Paper Register)
Pehle se chali aa rahi system. Ek register, ek pen, har customer ka page, roz ki entry.
Faayde:

Nuksaan:
- Roz 15-20 minute lagte hain likhne mein

Kuch naye doodhwale WhatsApp ya phone ke notes app mein likhte hain. Yeh paper se thoda behtar hai, lekin abhi bhi kaafi manual hai.
Problem: Koi structure nahi hai. Calculation khud karni padti hai. Customer history dhundhna difficult hai. Bill banana abhi bhi manual hai.

Hisaab Banane Ke 5 Golden Rules
- Roz likhna hai, kal par mat chhodo: "Kal saath mein likh lenga" — yeh sabse bada jaal hai. 3 din baad aapko yaad nahi rahega ki kisne kitna liya.
- Customer ke saamne likho: Jab aap customer ke saamne entry karte hain, woh bhi dekh leta hai. Baad mein dispute ka scope khatam.
- Payment alag column mein: Quantity aur payment alag-alag track karo. Warna confusion hoti hai ki "165 rupay kis cheez ke hain — 3 litre ke ya purane bakaya ke?"
- Har mahine bill WhatsApp karo: Month ke pehle din, har customer ko previous month ka poora bill WhatsApp karo. Is se paise jaldi milte hain aur disputes kam hote hain.
- Backup rakho: Paper register hai? Roz photo kheench ke Google Drive ya WhatsApp Self-Chat mein save karo. Register kho jaane ka khauf khatam.
