1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DudhHisaab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DudhHisaab. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Key Definitions
- "Service" refers to DudhHisaab application and all related services
- "User" refers to any person or entity using the Service
- "Account" refers to your registered DudhHisaab account
- "Content" refers to data, text, information you input into the Service
2. Account Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
- One person or business entity per account — sharing accounts is prohibited
- You may not share your login credentials with others
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3. Payment & Refunds
Pricing
- The Free plan is free forever with feature limitations
- Pro and Business plans are billed monthly or annually
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
Payment Methods
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
Refund Policy
- Full refund within 7 days of your payment, self-service in the app
- Request a refund from Manage Subscription → Billing History and tap Refund on the eligible payment
- After a refund, your plan is immediately downgraded to Free and any data beyond Free-plan limits is locked (not deleted)
- After the 7-day window, refunds are reviewed manually on a case-by-case basis — email support@dudhhisaab.com
- Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate others
- Not upload viruses or malicious code
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Not share copyrighted content without permission
- Maintain regular backups of your important data
- Report any bugs or security vulnerabilities responsibly
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Data Usage
- Your data belongs to you — we do not claim ownership
- We store data on secure servers located in India
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing
- We use data only to provide and improve the Service

- You can export your data at any time in CSV format
- You can delete your account and data at any time
- Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days
6. Termination
By You
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
- You can delete your account through the app settings
- Our refund policy applies to eligible cancellations
By Us
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- We may suspend accounts for non-payment
- We will provide notice before termination when possible
- Terminated accounts cannot be restored
Data Retention
- Data is retained for 30 days after account deletion
- You can request data export before deletion
- Backup copies may exist for up to 90 days
7. Liability Limitations
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
- We are not liable for data loss (maintain your own backups)
- We are not liable for business losses or damages
- Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party service failures
- Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India
- Jurisdiction lies with courts in India
- Disputes will be resolved in Indian courts
- Both parties agree to submit to exclusive jurisdiction
