General

Go to Login screen → Tap "Forgot Password" → Enter your registered phone number → You will receive an OTP → Enter OTP and set new password. Make sure to use a strong password with letters, numbers, and symbols.

Yes! DudhHisaab works offline. You can record entries, view data, and manage customers without internet. Your changes will automatically sync when you connect to the internet.

Your data is automatically backed up to the cloud daily. You can also manually export data: Go to Settings → Data & Backup → Export to CSV. This downloads all your customer and transaction data.

UPI payment collection allows you to send payment requests directly to customers via WhatsApp or SMS. They can pay instantly using any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.). Money goes directly to your bank account.

Go to Settings → Data & Backup → Export to CSV. Select the date range and data type (customers, entries, payments). The CSV file will be saved to your Downloads folder.

Features

Go to Settings → Milk Rates → Set default rates for cow and buffalo milk. You can also set custom rates per customer when adding them: Add Customer → Enter name → Set custom rate (optional).

Go to Settings → Billing → Choose your billing cycle (Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, Custom). You can also set different billing cycles for individual customers in their profile.

On the Daily Entry screen → Select the date → Tap "Mark Holiday" button. This will skip that day for all customers. You can also mark individual customer holidays.

Go to Entries → Select the date → Tap on the entry you want to edit → Make changes → Save. You can edit entries up to 30 days in the past.

Go to Payments → Pending Payments → Select customer → Tap "Send Reminder". You can send reminders via SMS or WhatsApp. Set up auto-reminders in Settings.

Account

Go to Settings → Account → Change Phone Number → Enter new number → Verify with OTP. Important: Your old number will no longer have access to this account.

Go to Settings → Subscription → Choose Plan (Pro or Business) → Select billing (Monthly/Yearly) → Complete payment. You get instant access to premium features.

Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of current billing period. 7-day money-back guarantee applies.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account → Confirm. WARNING: This permanently deletes all your data. Export your data first if needed. This action cannot be undone.

Technical

Try these steps: (1) Check your internet connection, (2) Clear app cache: Settings → Apps → DudhHisaab → Clear Cache, (3) Restart your phone, (4) Update to latest app version, (5) If issue persists, contact support.

Ensure you have internet connection. Go to Settings → Sync → Tap "Sync Now". If problem continues, check: (1) Phone date/time is correct, (2) App has storage permission, (3) Try logging out and back in.

Common reasons: (1) Insufficient balance, (2) Bank server down, (3) Daily limit exceeded. Try: Different payment method, Contact your bank, Wait 30 minutes and retry. If payment was deducted but not reflected, contact support with transaction ID.

Check: (1) Phone number is correct, (2) Password is correct (case-sensitive), (3) Internet connection is stable. Use "Forgot Password" to reset. Still stuck? Contact support with your registered phone number.

Tap "Forgot Password" on login screen → Enter registered phone → Receive OTP via SMS → Enter OTP → Set new password. OTP expires in 10 minutes. Not receiving OTP? Check if SMS is blocked or try after 2 minutes.
