How the 3 Roles Work in Practice
1. Delivery Boy Mode (डिलीवरी बॉय मोड)
- What they CAN do:
- Open their assigned delivery route (e.g. Zone 1 - Shivalik Heights).
- See customer names, house numbers, and default morning/evening milk quantities.
- Mark deliveries as Delivered, Absent (दूध बंद), or change quantity for the day.
- What they CANNOT see (Strictly Blocked):
- ❌ Cannot see customer selling rates (₹/litre).
- ❌ Cannot see total monthly revenue or owner profits.
- ❌ Cannot see supplier purchase costs.
- ❌ Cannot edit customer rates or delete historical records.
2. Dairy Manager Mode (मैनेजर मोड)
- Ideal for chilling center operators or supervisory staff who oversee operations while you are away.
- Can add new customers, record farmer supplier FAT/SNF testing, and generate WhatsApp receipts.
- Blocked from sensitive owner-level financial exports and master company account settings.
