India mein doodh milavat ke baare mein
FSSAI ke 2019 ke survey mein India bhar ke 6,432 naamuon mein paya gaya ki lagbhag 37% processed doodh aur 10% kaache doodh ke naamune nirdharit suraksha maanakon par khare nahi utre. Sabse aam samasyaen thin — nirdharit seema se adhik bacteria aur milaaya hua paani ya starch. Ek chhota par adhik khatarnak varg synthetic milk ka tha — detergent, urea, vanaspati tel aur paani ka zaharila mishran.
Zyaadatar milavat aarthik kaaranon se hoti hai — doodhwale aapurti badhaane ke liye paani, gaadhapan bahaal karne ke liye starch aur khattepan ko chhupane ke liye neutralisers milaate hain. Ye beimani hai par turant zaharile nahi. Sach mein khatarnak milavat hain urea, ammonium sulphate, formalin aur detergent — jo sirf bade paimane par synthetic milk mein aate hain. Inse kidney kharaab hoti hai, gastritis aur cancer hota hai, bachhon aur buzurgon ko sabse zyaada nuksan.
In tests ka vyavahaarik upyog kaise karein
Paani test (sabse aasaan, sirf ek boond tile par) aur detergent test (paani se hilaein, jhaag dekhein) se shuru karein. Ye dono 80% cases pakad lete hain. Agar dono saaf hon par sandeh ho to starch aur urea ki jaanch karein. Rasaayinik tests (formalin, ammonium sulphate) ke liye asli reagents chahiye aur dekhrekh mein karein.
Kisi kanooni karyawaahi ya bade paimane par jaanch ke liye hamesha FSSAI-maanyata praapt lab mein naamuna bhejein. Yahan diye ghar ke tests vyaktigat jagrookta ke liye hain — inke nataije khaadya suraksha mamle mein maan ya nahi hote.
