General

Login screen par jaayein → "Forgot Password" tap karein → Apna registered phone number daalen → OTP aayega → OTP daalen aur naya password set karein. Letters, numbers aur symbols wala strong password banayein.

Haan! DudhHisaab offline kaam karta hai. Aap bina internet ke entries record kar sakte hain, data dekh sakte hain aur customers manage kar sakte hain. Internet se connect hone par changes automatic sync ho jayenge.

Aapka data roz cloud par automatically backup hota hai. Manual export bhi kar sakte hain: Settings → Data & Backup → Export to CSV. Isse saare customer aur transaction data download hota hai.

UPI payment collection se aap customers ko directly WhatsApp ya SMS ke zariye payment request bhej sakte hain. Woh kisi bhi UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) se turant pay kar sakte hain. Paisa seedha aapke bank account mein jaata hai.

Settings → Data & Backup → Export to CSV par jaayein. Date range aur data type (customers, entries, payments) chunein. CSV file aapke Downloads folder mein save hogi.

Features

Settings → Milk Rates par jaayein → Gaay aur bhains ke doodh ke liye default rates set karein. Customer add karte waqt custom rate bhi set kar sakte hain: Add Customer → Naam daalen → Custom rate set karein (optional).

Settings → Billing par jaayein → Billing cycle chunein (Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, Custom). Har customer ke profile mein alag billing cycle bhi set kar sakte hain.

Daily Entry screen par → Date chunein → "Mark Holiday" button tap karein. Isse us din saare customers ke liye skip ho jayega. Individual customer ki chhutti bhi mark kar sakte hain.

Entries → Date chunein → Jo entry edit karni hai uspar tap karein → Changes karein → Save karein. Aap 30 din purani entries tak edit kar sakte hain.

Payments → Pending Payments → Customer chunein → "Send Reminder" tap karein. SMS ya WhatsApp ke zariye reminder bhej sakte hain. Settings mein auto-reminders set karein.

Account

Settings → Account → Change Phone Number → Naya number daalen → OTP se verify karein. Dhyaan rakhein: Aapke purane number ki is account tak pahunch khatam ho jayegi.

Settings → Subscription → Plan chunein (Pro ya Business) → Billing chunein (Monthly/Yearly) → Payment complete karein. Aapko premium features tak turant pahunch mil jaati hai.

Settings → Subscription → Manage → Cancel Subscription. Aapka subscription current billing period ke end tak active rahega. 7-day money-back guarantee laagu hoti hai.

Settings → Account → Delete Account → Confirm karein. CHETAWANI: Isse aapka saara data permanently delete ho jaata hai. Pehle data export kar lein agar zaroorat ho. Yeh kaam wapas nahi hoga.

Technical

Yeh kadam try karein: (1) Internet connection check karein, (2) App cache clear karein: Settings → Apps → DudhHisaab → Clear Cache, (3) Phone restart karein, (4) App ko latest version mein update karein, (5) Problem bani rahe toh support se contact karein.

Ensure karein ki internet connection hai. Settings → Sync → "Sync Now" tap karein. Problem jaari rahe toh check karein: (1) Phone ki date/time sahi hai, (2) App ko storage permission hai, (3) Logout karke wapas login karein.

Aam wajah: (1) Insufficient balance, (2) Bank server down, (3) Daily limit exceed. Try karein: Alag payment method, Apne bank se contact karein, 30 minute wait karke retry karein. Payment kata par dikha nahi? Transaction ID ke saath support se contact karein.

Check karein: (1) Phone number sahi hai, (2) Password sahi hai (case-sensitive), (3) Internet connection stable hai. Reset ke liye "Forgot Password" use karein. Abhi bhi atke hain? Apne registered phone number ke saath support se contact karein.

Login screen par "Forgot Password" tap karein → Registered phone daalen → SMS se OTP paayein → OTP daalen → Naya password set karein. OTP 10 minute mein expire hota hai. OTP nahi aa raha? Check karein SMS block toh nahi, ya 2 minute baad try karein.
